Yes, we require a signed contract that outlines our policies to confirm your booking. To secure your date and time, a $100 non-refundable retainer fee is also required. This ensures your spot is reserved and goes toward your total balance.
Yes, we do have minimum time requirements depending on the type of service:
Mermaid Dry Land Performances: 1-hour minimum
Mermaid Swim Performances: 2-hour minimum
Fairy Hair Parties: 1-hour minimum
Bubble Shows: 1-hour minimum
Face Painting: 2-hour minimum
